Hi all,
One for Tom or anyone with a better knowledge of electronics than I (which isn't difficult).
Having successfully got the RA motor working on an Arduino Mega and solderless breadboard on the bench I am now designing the layout to put the two motor drivers, LEDs and the C3D06065A on an Arduino Mega Prototype Shield got in the Arduino kit Santa brought. I have a question concerning the 100u and 100n capacitors on the driver motor 12V and 5V supply lines. The question is this, do you actually need two of each or could I simply feed the two driver boards from one of each? It strikes me that what you actually end up with is two capacitors in parallel to GND on the 5v and the 12v supply rails.
Happy New Year.
Phil
