Hello,

If you have already been able to log in an post in the forum, you can ignore this announcement.

To prevent spam, the forum is set up so that users have to be approved before they can post. I try to do this as quickly as possible. The forum should generate an e-mail when the username is active, but it seems that some people didn't receive this.

If you registered on the forum but haven't received a confirmation e-mail that your account is active, try logging in. All of the registrations are active.
If you are still unable to post, please let me know using the contact form on the AstroEQ main site and I will check that the account is registered.

Hello Again,

I thought I had fixed this, but it seems that my mail server was catching all the registration e-mails as spam and not delivering them.

I've changed the mail server settings and hopefully now users should receive e-mail notifications.

Please make sure the following e-mail address is not considered spam:

noreply (at) astroeq (dot) co (dot) uk

Seems this is still an issue. I'm trying to work out why e-mails are still not getting sent out correctly.

At the moment, all accounts are currently activated. If you forget your password, send me a message through the contact us form on the main site and I'll reset it for you.
