Tried to purchase the board and the ic's but cannot pay for them as you have a problem with paypal.

It should be working, though it has been known to be intermittent in the past - mostly for people using Firefox. I'd give it a little while and try again.

Just ordered and paid for a pcb & ic from you Tom, just need to order the other parts to populate the board now and prob design & 3d print a housing.
