Ok it turns!

The AD motor makes microphones not it seems to me but it rotates by blows, it does not rotate linearly! is this normal?

Goto works with CA2 software but it is very very slow, I don't know how to go faster!

With sky map impossible to do a goto, it does not want to synchronize!

I load different mounts in the utility to test but the engine speed is always the same!

Thanks for the info, I thought it would be easier!

Hello,

Not many people!

I continue my tests, I managed to have a normal functioning of the engines without sacades but in 2 or 4 microsteps, in 16 or 32 it is not terrible !!

With the CA2 software the goto is very slow and I cannot set the higher speed for the movement, I have the impression that CA2 does not communicate well with Eqmod!

Not very practical all that or so I miss something ...!

The Goto works in CA2, the AD motor moves well and it rotates quickly to position itself but the DEC motor does not rotate fast enough, I tried several pointing speeds in the configuration it's much too slow, I don't understand truly not !

For the engine tests I took the EQ5 / 6 file!

In Eqmod the directions N / S / E / O respond well, it accelerates without problem, I only have this problem of Goto!

I'm not far from the end result!

For the motors there are 6 unipolar wires of which I only used four wires!

The sidereal speed on AD always gives accoups!

Thanks for the help !

Are you using the latest version of the config utility (3.9.2)?

Tom!

Great !!!!!!! I found the version on Github !!!

Is it not online on your site?

The Goto works great now !!!!!!!!!

For the tests I shoot with EQ5 pulley!

No problem with the 8825 drivers, the motors and the mega2560 card are currently running on 8v, tomorrow I will try the A4988!

I am also waiting for other motors to test, these are Nema 17 Bipolar 40Ncm 0.4A 42x39mm 4 Wires!

Great, thank you, I'll keep you posted on the trials!

Would it be possible to mount TB6560 drivers,

Good night,

Tom,

On the other hand, the ascending stepper motor does not turn correctly, it is not regular, between 7 and 12v it is the same, it makes sacades, it turns for a few micros steps then stops then starts again and so after !

The drivers are almost not adjustable, if I reduce there is more torque, otherwise they accelerate well with the pad eqmod.

Thank you for the info

Hello,

The AD motor is running well, but gives accoups every one or a half second, the driver 8825 is sharp to adjust, must it connect pins 19 and 18 to be quiet?

thank you,
