loosing eeprom content
« on: February 06, 2021, 10:42:36 »

Hello, I have build the EQMOD with arduino mega 2560. i use a laptop with window 10, firmware V3.9.3 and EASCOM V2.00q. I the toolbox the com port is found. I can load the firmware and the configuration for my mount. When that is ready, the program is trying to connect to eascom, then I get out of time message. Then I try a second time, get the same massage. When I restart the config program I cannot communicate. I choose the right com-port but no communication. By selecting configure it says no data in eeprom. The I clean the with the arduino programmer, and I can load the eeprom again. What am I doing wrong?
I tried several mega 2560 boards, but they all give the same problem.
Who can help me?

Have you connected a 1k resistor between D21 and D23 as shown in the schematic?
