Problem with home position.

I have Mega 2560 controller.Goto function is OK.If to move RA axis only,park to home position is correct.If to move DEC axis or both axes,then park to home position,the AstroEQ controller has incorrect parking data.After unparking,the data becomes correct:DEC 90:00:00, AZ 00:00:00 and the mount gets a position error. Why???

I'm not sure what would cause this - it might be worth asking on the EQMOD Yahoo group to see if it is something unique to the AstroEQ.
