Hi there.
Do you have any complete units for sale.
Mine has just met an unfortunate end RIP.
Don't really want to go through building another one.
Thanks Graham

AstroEQ Support / Huston I have a problem.
« on: March 10, 2019, 16:06:59 »
I have finished making my very large GEM mount and have come to wire in my Nema 17 stepper motors.
Configured the box of tricks.
To screen shot
Says it is all good when I update.
Go to test with EQMOD and.
on slew speed 1
Press North the motor steps round clockwise.
Press South the motor still steps clock wise.
On Speed 2
Motor just judders back and forth.
on Speed 3
Motor spins in both directions
on Speed 4
Motor starts to turn then stops but still creates a whining noise.
Anyone any ideas please.

Hi Tom.
This is getting more and more confusing as we go.
Driver for what ?
I down loaded the driver Zip file from this site.
How do I tell what driver I have.
Thanks
Graham

Thanks for the reply Tom.
Which 2 am I suppose to be bridging.
Is it the 2 holes with the block between them.
As in the Red connection I have drawn.

Having troubles getting the motors to run properly.
I read that I should have bridged the SJ 1 & 2 points on the board.
Can someone please clarify what I need to do.
I am trying to run 8 wire Nema 23 motors wired in series.
Thank you
Graham.

« on: July 22, 2018, 13:12:18 »
Hi there.
Got my Astro EQ board up and running today using my Windows 8 computer.
Brilliant.
I have tried to plug it into my obs computer which is running Windows XP.
Now the problem I have is the driver for Astro EQ is 64 bit and XP is 32 bit.
Anyway around this or have I got to get a new computer for the Obs.
Thanks.
