DIY AstroEQ / RA still works but DEC is not

hello everyone, i am a beginner in astronomy, i have used astroEQ circuit to control my EQ mount, but when i run it, the RA axis stepper motor still works but DEC is not . I have thoroughly tested the circuit, it is not open or damaged. Can anybody help me? Thanks so much and sorry for my bad english
