DIY AstroEQ / 4.5 wirings

Hello, I purchased a 4.5 pth pcb, but I can't find any informations about it.
Do someone has the documentation for the straps to be done to wire the drivers correctly?
And what is the "1" header?

Edit: 1 is the programming header...
