Thanks foryour quick response.

I have now been able to connect to the mount, and configure using the recently released eqmodGui Indi client. I'm usimng the eqmodGUI through Skyhchart.

Hi,

I'm having some difficulty with connecting both Skychart and KStars with AstroEQ through the Indi driver. I know the AstroEQ is working fine as I am successfully using it on Windows 7. I've also successfully configured the AstroEQ using the Unix version of AstroEQUploader after linking the ttyACM0 dev to a free ttySxx /dev.

When I try to connect to the AstroEQ using Skychart Telescope control Panel, I get a connection for ~2 seconds then the connection is lost. Using KStars I am getting no connection at all.  I've tried both connecting to the original port (ttyACM0) and a linked port (ttySxx) with the same results.
 
I am using telescope type "Skywatcher API" .

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
