First light with AstroEQ
« on: June 12, 2018, 10:39:05 »

Was still struggling to get GOTO working the other night, but the tracking seemed accurate so gave a widefield shot a go. First astro photo but very impressed with what AstroEQ is doing!

Thanks for the tech support and great product!

It was in April 2018 I observed the transit of the exoplanet HAT-P-12 b. Newton 250/1200 + Atik 16IC mono + homemade EQ Fork mount controlled by AstroEQ. It works precisely. I can always find desired star by the GOTO commands, at a telescope field of 0.23 ° x 0.17 °. I would like to thank the author for his work. ( sorry for my poor English )
